Hello

It was about 6 years ago that my daughter came to me and asked, "Mom, can you make a t-shirt quilt for Isaiah's high school graduation?"  My response was, "a what?"  I didn't even know what she was talking about!

Well, now I do know what a t-shirt quilt is--and I love making them!

I love hearing your memories as you show me your shirts, aprons, baby clothes, ties, graduation tassels, and other fabric memorabilia.

I love choosing your background fabrics and the colors that will best highlight your memories.

I love designing the quilt to tell your story.

Give me a call, and let's chat about the memories you want to keep close.

My Story

When I hear a friend who is anticipating retirement talk about what they are retiring from, my first question to them is, "And what are you retiring to?"  For me, one of the answers was "I want to learn how to quilt!"  After 23 years as a medical coder, I did just that.

For the past 12 years I have been Executive Director of Asia Frontier Outreach-USA, an amazing organization that supports 62 underserved children in rural Myanmar with education, nutrition, and family support.  This has been a privilege.

My husband and I have 3 wonderful children, Mark, Julie & Kristen, and 12 sweet, fun grandchildren.  As you can imagine, 12 grandkids requires a lot of bleacher time--baseball, basketball, football, soccer, gymnastics, school concerts and plays, and the list goes on.  I am blessed.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways submit to him, and he wil make your paths straight."  Proverbs 3:5-6
